This course exists to create a safe, welcoming and fun container in which to discover and explore the foundations of Contact Improvisation (CI). It is open to anyone who would like to gain a solid grounding in the basics of CI. (Closed group)
Contact Improvisation Class with Donald Clark and Justin, followed by Jam

This class explores playful, collaborative partner movement with a gentle martial arts twist. Working between contact improvisation and martial-inspired games, we’ll investigate balance, momentum, rebound, support, redirection and shared instability — not as fixed techniques, but as invitations for discovery.
