This course exists to create a safe, welcoming and fun container in which to discover and explore the foundations of Contact Improvisation (CI). It is open to anyone who would like to gain a solid grounding in the basics of CI.

CI Class with Justin "Rolling Around", followed by Jam & Social

Fri 1^st May '26, 7:00pm – 10:00pm

This week we will explore different ways that we can roll on the floor, to the floor, up from the floor, both solo and with others. This will be a fun and playful exploration of being upside down, and a study in developing a sensitivity to the flow of momentum This class is always open to movers of all backgrounds and also those to whom a movement practice is new.
