This course exists to create a safe, welcoming and fun container in which to discover and explore the foundations of Contact Improvisation (CI). It is open to anyone who would like to gain a solid grounding in the basics of CI. (Closed group in progress)

This week our main focus will be exploring movement patterns and principles, both solo and partnered, near to and at floor level. Becoming comfortable with movement and weight sharing near to the floor greatly supports our confidence in CI practice.
