Lewis is a professional dancer with 16 years experience as a collaborative performer and educator. He has been practising CI for almost 20 years, sharing and experimenting with the form through his teaching for the past decade.

Join us for an afternoon workshop exploring Contact Improvisation as an intentional awareness practice. We'll move from gentle grounding and floor work into partner exercises and later a jam with music, then wind down with bodywork and finish with a bring-and-share social.
