This week we'll be exploring some fun ways to fly higher and more easily (with supportive help) than you might have thought possible. We'll refine our spatial awareness and skills of sharing and synchronizing momentum and build gradually to whatever level we feel comfortable.

This class explores circular movement as a pathway into contact improvisation: Beginning in stillness, we gently notice the journey of our awareness as we flow into self-led movement. From there, we explore circles, arcs and spirals through the body, allowing rolling, curving and looping pathways to emerge through improvisation.
