This course exists to create a safe, welcoming and fun container in which to discover and explore the foundations of Contact Improvisation (CI). It is open to anyone who would like to gain a solid grounding in the basics of CI.

This week we will explore a new class format where we will have a discussion in the opening circle to establish the direction for the class. I will come with some ideas, and you are invited to do the same - Tell me what you want to learn, and I'll find a way to spin ideas into a class in the moment.

Monthly Brighton CI Jam evening, with live music from Simona Cutifani & Molly Stevenson

This week is the second of our Monthly Contact Improvisation longer jam sessions, and we are delighted to have LiVE MUSIC from Simona Cutifani & Molly Stevenson. Our session is 3 hours as usual on Friday, starting with a circle intro followed by a warmup led by Justin, leading into a longer jam.
