Join us for an afternoon workshop exploring Contact Improvisation as an intentional awareness practice. We'll move from gentle grounding and floor work into partner exercises and later a jam with music, then wind down with bodywork and finish with a bring-and-share social.

This week’s class with Lewis will begin with gentle solo tuning, incorporating ground-based movement patterns, mobilisations, and deliberate limitations to support purposeful improvisation. In contact, the focus will be on autonomous listening and attending to the interplay between distal and proximal touch in our contact dances.
