This course exists to create a safe, welcoming and fun container in which to discover and explore the foundations of Contact Improvisation (CI). It is open to anyone who would like to gain a solid grounding in the basics of CI.
Contact Improvisation Class with Lewis Wilkins, followed by Jam

This CI class will centre on falling as a practice, falling as technique, and falling as a choice. We will explore safe and creative ways of falling into rolls, slides, folds, expansions, and rebounds.
